The Integra Toolset
A set of useful utilities provided by Integra to help you to get the most from CEM. These are not part of the core product, and are provided on as 'as-is' basis. The toolset has been recently updated for version 5 of CEM. It now includes a record status bulk update tool.

The audit tool is particularly useful. An audit trace can be created for practically anything in the database. If you would like a particular trace, then contact Pete Spencer.

The Detached Client
This tool allows a copy of the database to be "checked-out" onto a laptop which can then be used to work remotely, disconnected from the server. On "checking-in", changes made while detached are merged with the server. The Detached Client can be purchased from Philips.
